When sending your photo(s) you confirm that you own the copyright or the image. You also give Eastbourne Borough Council a worldwide royalty free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use all or segments of each photo in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
Whist every care has been taken to determine the photos are royalties free, if you know different please email us and we will remove the photo immediately.
