Box Office Information

We sell our tickets via The Visit Eastbourne Ticket Agency

The Visit Eastbourne Ticket Agency box office is located at the Seafront Office, next to the Bandstand on the lower promenade or The Visitor Centre at The Welcome Building, Compton Street.

 

In Person

From The Seafront Office
April, May, June, and September: 10am - 5:00pm (9pm when we have a concert on the Bandstand)
June and September: 10am - 5:00pm (9pm when we have a concert on the Bandstand)

July and August: 10am - 6pm (9pm when we have a concert on the Bandstand)

October: Monday to Saturday, 10am - 4:30pm

November: CLOSED
December to March: Monday to Friday 10am - 4:00pm

Christmas: Closed 22 December to 1 January; inclusive.

From The Visitor Services, Welcome Building.

The Visitor Centre is open 9am - 5pm all year round Monday - Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sundays.
The Visitor Centre will stay open later on theatre show nights.

You can buy tickets online for all our events, just select the event required from the what's on page.

Ticket options are Pick-Up from the Seafront Office, Eastbourne Visitor Centre or on the night from the Venue.

Postage which is charged at £4.80 per transaction (Tracked Postage).
