We are always on the lookout for new and exciting music acts.

We are in the heart of the tourism area and primarily a tourist attraction offering musical entertainment to both visitors and residents, with this in mind the root of our entertainment programme must be tourism based and have a tourism value.

We must also remember that when the Bandstand was built the council agreed a financial model that showed the Bandstand as a net income earner for the council. We are one of the few resorts to still have an active programme of entertainment at a seafront bandstand. If this position is to be maintained we must ensure that the facility generates enough income to cover its costs.

We usually commence the booking procedure for the coming year's programme towards the end of September. Our Tribute Show are by far our most popular event; Tributes must come with a live band.
